Pierced Cube

A natural evolution from the Solid Cube Stool / Side Table, and then the Hollow Cube Stool / Side Table, the Pierced Cube is much lighter than its counterparts. Carved from solid Acacia, the wood is sculpted by the Igorot tribe in the Northern Philippines into solid cubes. Upon experiencing the weight of these solid cubes, Tucker decided they should be hollowed out so the weight would be more manageable. As the hollow cubes were being hollowed out however, the saw accidentally pierced through. As a result, the Pierced Cube was born.
